Data Enrichment — turn a list of companies into contacts
Paste domains or company names; get back verified emails, job titles and firmographics for the people who work there.
This is the workhorse. You give it companies; it gives you the people.
What it actually does
Paste a list of domains or company names into the box — one per line, up to 1,000 per upload — name the list, and press Upload my list. The job queues, the status shows Running, and when it finishes each row has been enriched with the contacts found at that company: names, verified emails, job titles, and company-level data.
When we ran it against two domains it came back with 1,702 contacts. That is the shape of the tool: it is not a one-address lookup, it is a "give me everyone at these companies" operation.
The filter that decides what you get
The Filter your query dropdown is the single most consequential control on the page, and it is easy to skim past. The default is “Give me the maximum contacts” — which is exactly what it sounds like, and is usually the wrong choice.
Maximum contacts means everyone: the intern, the warehouse, the person who left. If you are going to write to these people, a narrower filter produces a smaller list you can actually personalise, and a smaller list is worth more than a larger one — see why the list is the whole game.
What to do with the result
- View the data — inspect it in the browser before you commit to it.
- Actions / Download — export as CSV.
- Transfer data to campaigns — pushes the list straight into Outreach Campaigns. Convenient, and worth pausing over: everything you did not filter out is now in a sending tool.
Folders
Lists go into folders (the demo account has Non profit, Designers, Dentist). Worth using from day one — enrichment lists accumulate fast and they all look alike after a fortnight.
Before you send to any of it
Enrichment finds addresses. It does not promise every one of them is deliverable. Run the list through verification first — a dead address does not merely fail to arrive, it damages delivery to the addresses that are real. That mechanism is set out in bounce rates and sender reputation.
