AI Email Writer
Answer six questions once and get a cold email sequence. Nothing here can send, and it will not invent a statistic.
Six questions, answered once, and it writes the sequence: the first email and the follow-ups, in your words rather than in the voice every cold email tool defaults to.
The brief is the part only you can do
What you sell, who you sell it to, what problem it removes, what you want them to do, how formal to be, and a sample of something you have written. The last one matters more than people expect — paste two of your own emails and the drafts stop sounding generated.
Leave the proof question blank if you have no number to give. It writes without proof rather than making something up. That is deliberate, and it is the difference between a tool you can send from and one you have to fact-check every time.
It writes several and keeps the best one
Each brief produces more than one candidate. They are scored against the same deliverability checks the rest of the platform runs — spam-trigger phrasing, how many links are in a first email, sentences too long to answer quickly — and you are handed the one that scored best, with a note saying why it won.
A check finds defects, not quality. It can tell you a mail is likely to be filtered. It cannot tell you the offer is any good. Read the draft.
Nothing here sends
Emails are written as drafts. Promoting one copies it into a sequence in Govarova Outreach, which still needs a mailbox attached and still needs you to activate it. There is no path from this screen to somebody's inbox that does not go through you first.
Two merge fields, on purpose
First name and company, and nothing else. Every extra placeholder is another chance to send “Hi {{first_name}}” to four hundred people. Deeper per-company personalisation comes from the research step in Outreach, which reads the prospect's own site and quotes it with the source attached.
