The whole pipeline, one login

Six tools, five subscriptions,
and a CSV in between.

That is how most teams find customers. Govarova does the same job in one place: find the companies, turn them into contacts, verify the addresses, run the outreach, and catch what comes back.

No credit card. Nothing is charged when the trial ends.

The Govarova dashboard: every tool in the platform behind one login

The problem is not that the tools are bad. It is that they do not talk.

The prospecting tool finds the companies. It cannot verify an address, so you pay a verifier. The verifier cannot send, so you pay a sequencer. The sequencer does not know who replied last quarter, so you pay for a CRM. Every join between them is a person exporting a CSV and importing it somewhere else — and every export is a chance for the list to go stale, get duplicated, or quietly lose the one field that mattered.

You are not paying five subscriptions for five capabilities. You are paying five subscriptions and doing the integration by hand.

The usual stack

  • Prospecting tool
  • Email verifier
  • Sequencer
  • CRM
  • Review tool
  • Chat widget

Five logins, five invoices, and a CSV between each one.

Govarova

  • All of it

One login. One invoice. The list never leaves the platform.

How it works

Five steps, in the order you would actually do them

Every screen below is the real product, captured while using it — not a mockup.

01 Build the list

Start with the companies, not the people

Search a company database by the attributes that actually predict fit — industry, size, location, technology — and keep only the ones worth writing to. Selling to consumers instead? The same search runs over local businesses: plumbers, dentists, restaurants.

  • Filter B2B companies by the firmographics that matter
  • Search local B2C businesses by trade and area
  • Save straight into a folder, ready to enrich

02 Turn companies into contacts

Paste domains. Get the people who work there.

This is the workhorse. Drop in up to 1,000 domains or company names and every row comes back enriched with names, job titles, verified emails and company data. The one control that decides everything is the filter: the default is “Give me the maximum contacts”, and maximum means everyone — the intern, the warehouse, the person who left.

  • Up to 1,000 domains per upload
  • Names, titles, verified emails and firmographics per row
  • Narrow the filter and you get a list you can actually personalise

03 Verify before you send

A dead address does not just fail to arrive

It damages delivery to the addresses that are real. Every list runs through verification before it goes anywhere, and the same check is available as an API so you can block disposable and fake addresses at signup rather than cleaning them out of your database later.

  • Catch invalid, disposable and trap addresses before the send
  • Protect the sender reputation you have already built
  • Same check as a real-time API at the point of registration

04 Run the outreach

Sequences, from the same list, without an export

Push a finished list straight into a multi-step cadence — no CSV round-trip, no re-import. Sending domains get warmed up first, because a brand-new domain that starts sending cold volume on day one is a domain that lands in spam by week two.

  • Multi-step sequences with AI personalisation
  • Domain warm-up before the first real campaign
  • Opens, clicks and replies tracked per step

05 Catch what comes back

Replies land in a pipeline, not an inbox

Everyone who answers arrives in the CRM with the campaign that produced them still attached, so you can see which message earned the meeting. The chatbot does the same job for the traffic already on your site: qualify in three questions, capture the email, route it to the same pipeline.

  • Deals and stages, with the source campaign attached
  • Chatbot qualifies and captures visitors who never fill in a form
  • One pipeline for outbound replies and inbound leads

What happened when we ran it

1,702

contacts returned from two domains

That is a real result from a real run, and it is also the warning. Two domains produced seventeen hundred people because the default filter is “Give me the maximum contacts” — and maximum means everyone. Narrow it, and you get the fifty people the message is genuinely for. A smaller list you can personalise is worth more than a large one you cannot, and this is the single setting most people miss.

We would rather tell you that here than let you find it out after the send.

Before you start

The questions people actually ask

No. The free trial runs for 7 days with no card, and nothing is charged when it ends — the account simply reverts to the free plan unless you choose to upgrade.
That is the point. Most teams run a prospecting tool, a verifier, a sequencer, a review tool and a chat widget, and pay five subscriptions to move a CSV between them. Govarova is those jobs behind one login. If you want the side-by-side against what you are paying now, we publish it: see Govarova alternatives, where every competitor price is quoted from their own pricing page and stamped with the date we checked it.
Accurate enough that verification is a separate step and not a marketing claim. Enrichment finds addresses; verification decides which of them are safe to send to. Any vendor telling you their data is 100% accurate is telling you they do not verify it.
Not if you use it as designed. Verify before you send, warm the domain before the first campaign, and narrow the enrichment filter so you are writing to people the message is actually for. All three are built in. Blasting a maximum-contacts list from a cold domain will hurt you on any platform, ours included.
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time. Longer terms are cheaper — up to 20% off on a 12-month commitment — but nothing forces you onto one. See pricing.
Only for the verification API, and only if you want to wire it into your signup form. Everything else is a screen with a button on it.

You will notice there are no testimonials on this page.

That is deliberate. We are new, we have not collected reviews yet, and the alternative — a wall of invented five-star quotes next to stock-photo faces — is exactly what you would expect from a company selling you data you are supposed to trust.

So instead: every screenshot above is the real product. The knowledge base documents each feature and says plainly which ones we ran ourselves and which we only looked at. And when real customers do leave reviews, they will show up on the reviews page, verified against their account, or not at all.

Seven days is enough to know.

Build one list, enrich it, verify it, and send one sequence. If it does not beat the stack you are paying for now, you have lost a week and nothing else — there is no card on file.

No credit card required. Cancel any time.
