The Govarova alternative to Apollo.io
Apollo charges per seat. Govarova charges per platform.
Apollo.io is the most complete product on this list, and it deserves the credit — a huge contact database, sequences, a dialer, and deep CRM sync. The catch is the shape of the bill. Apollo prices per seat, per month, and the credits reset each cycle without rolling over. A five-person team on Professional is paying roughly $395 a month before anyone sends an email. Govarova GoUltra is $99 a month for the whole team.

Govarova GoUltra covers your whole team on one flat plan. Adding a teammate never changes the bill.
No credit ledger, no month-end rationing, nothing expiring quietly at midnight on the 1st.
Extraction, enrichment, verification, sequences, reviews, social proof, SEO, and a chatbot — one subscription.
No account, no card. Run your own data through them and judge the output yourself.

Where Apollo.io is genuinely strong
A comparison page that claims the other product is bad at everything is a comparison page nobody believes. Here is what Apollo.io does well — if these are the things you buy on, buy theirs.
Database size
Apollo's contact database is enormous and its filtering is excellent. On raw breadth of coverage, they are formidable.
A genuinely deep product
Dialer, conversation intelligence, deal management — Apollo keeps expanding, and for a large sales org that consolidation is real value.
CRM integration
The bi-directional Salesforce and HubSpot sync is mature. If your CRM is the centre of your world, this matters.
Switch to Govarova if…
Your seat count is the problem
Per-seat pricing punishes exactly the thing you want — more people using the tool. At five seats on Professional, Apollo runs roughly 4x the cost of Govarova GoUltra.
You are paying for depth you do not use
Conversation intelligence and deal management are excellent. They are also wasted spend if your team is four people who just need verified leads and a sequence.
Credits expiring monthly annoys you
A credit you did not spend is a credit you paid for. Flat pricing has no ledger to watch.
Moving off Apollo.io takes an afternoon
Nobody enjoys switching tools. Here is the whole process, honestly — three steps, no professional-services invoice.
-
1
Export your contacts
Apollo.io exports to CSV. Take everything — you can always filter later, and you cannot re-export once the subscription lapses.
-
2
Import and re-verify
Drop the CSV into Govarova. Every row is enriched and re-verified on the way in, which matters: B2B contact data decays at roughly 2–3% every month, so a six-month-old export is meaningfully stale.
-
3
Point your sequences at the clean list
Rebuild your cadences (the free Template Library Builder does a six-template library in a minute), then run the two subscriptions in parallel for a fortnight and compare reply rates before you cancel anything.
