Sub-processors

We use a small number of vendors to run the platform. Each is bound by a data processing agreement no less protective than our own DPA. This page is the notice mechanism required by that DPA.
1. Current sub-processors
Action needed before launch: this table must be completed with your actual vendors. An inaccurate sub-processor list is a GDPR compliance failure in its own right, and it is the first thing an enterprise procurement team will check. Replace every row below with the real one.

2. Notice of changes
We give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor. To be notified, email legal@govarova.com with "Subscribe: sub-processor updates" in the subject line.
If you object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds, tell us within the notice period and we will discuss it. If we cannot resolve it, you may terminate the affected part of the service without penalty.
