If you are a US resident, you have the right to tell us not to sell or share your personal information, and not to use it for targeted advertising. Exercising that right costs nothing, requires no account, and will never get you worse service. Submit the form below and we will action it and email you a confirmation.

2. What this actually does

We will stop any sale or sharing of the personal information associated with the email address you give us, and we will stop using it for targeted advertising. Under the CCPA/CPRA we must do this within 15 business days; under the VCDPA and comparable state laws, within 45 days.

We will email you a confirmation as soon as we receive the request, and again once it has been actioned.

3. If you want us to delete you entirely

An opt-out stops the selling and sharing. It does not, on its own, erase you from our database. If you want us to delete everything we hold about you, say so in the note field above, or email legal@govarova.com — and we will do it. You do not need an account for that either.

We keep one thing after a deletion: a suppression record of the fact that you asked to be removed. That is the only way to guarantee you are not added back by a future data import. It holds nothing but your email address, in hashed form, and it is used for nothing else.

4. Stopping emails from a Govarova customer

If you received an email from a company using Govarova and simply want it to stop, the fastest route is the unsubscribe link in that email. Every message sent through our platform carries one, it works with one click, and it stops that sender immediately.

This form is different: it applies to our database, not to one sender's list. If you want both — stop that sender and be removed from our data entirely — use the unsubscribe link, then submit this form as well.

5. Global Privacy Control

We honour the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out for the browser that sends it. Because a browser signal cannot follow you across devices, use this form as well if you want the opt-out tied to your email address everywhere.

6. Authorised agents

You may have someone submit this on your behalf. Put their details in the note field, and we may ask for written proof of their authority.
